 We believe that pastors and leaders need a friend who can listen to their dreams and challenges. They need a mentor who can respond with wisdom and revelation in such a way to give hope and purpose to their lives. We make ourselves available to enter into a mentoring relationship where we care, connect and collaborate with pastors and their teams. Our approach is to not bring a packaged solution but we customize our relationship and tend to your situation/life/dream around you. Collaboration is key. We believe the answer is already in you and together, with God we will discover the best way to move forward. Our strategy is to listen first, learn next, and then help you lead.

Silver Package

$3,600

Designed for those with limited time but are looking for that extra push needed to grow.

Provided over a 12 month period

  • 20 one hour video calls

Gold Package

$4,800

A perfect mixture of space to grow while at the same time accelerating your goals and vision.

Platinum Package

$7,500

In depth consulting, mentoring, and training.

Provided over a 12 month period

  • 40 one hour video calls

Best Value

​

  • SILVER package – $3600  $300 per month for 12 months – includes up to 20 one-hour video calls per year (schedule determined individually with client and Tend Ministries)

  • GOLD package –  $4800 $400 per month for 12 months – includes up to 30 one-hour video calls per year (schedule determined individually with client and Tend Ministries)

  • PLATINUM package – $7500  $625 per month for 12 months – includes up to 40 one-hour video calls per year (schedule determined individually with client and Tend Ministries)

The package agreement is for a minimum of one year. We are not on a contract so once the first year is completed, we will continue the partnership until a client cancels or suspends the agreement. When a client determines they want to end our mentoring arrangement, we request that we do one final quarter (three months) to allow us time to find new clients.

Each year, we schedule one month OFF in the Summer and we also schedule time OFF during the holidays – from Thanksgiving through the end of the year. We will work with each individual client on the schedule that works best for them.

A $100 discount will given when a client decides to provide Full payment at the beginning of the agreed partnership.

Tend Ministries  encourages churches and ministry teams to stand with their pastors and leaders by seeking  ways to fully provide the funds for them to enter this mentoring opportunity.
